UAMS 12th Street Health and Wellness is a free wellness clinic located on 4010 W 12th St, Little Rock, AR 72204.
Clinic hours are from 4-7pm Mondays and Wednesdays and by appointment only on Thursdays. Walk-ins are welcome. Dental care is offered by appointment only. Services provided include:
- Wellness Check-ups
- Hypertension, cholesterol, and diabetes screenings
- School physicals
- Subacute care (non-emergent)
- Social work assistance
- Mental health, vision, men’s health, and women’s health specialty clinic nights
